møte med sadcasNorwegian Accreditation (NA) has solid experience with assisting other accreditation bodies. We are involved in several international development projects together with UNIDO, Norwegian ministry of foreign affairs (UD) and Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD).

NA has currently development projects in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Georgia, Bosnia, Vietnam, Sudan, Southern part of Africa and Mauritius. Previously projects includes for instance: Mongolia, Latin America, Trinidad/Tobago, North Africa and the Balkan region.

We are assisting the local accreditation bodies with our competence, quality management system, electronic case system and general support.  NA is a signatory of the European- and thereby the worldwide - agreements on the mutual approval of analyses, calibrations, certifications and inspections reports.

A common denominator for the projects is basically assisting the local accreditation bodies so that they can become a signatory of multilateral agreements on accreditation (MLA).

In this section you will find a overview of all our international projects. The section is divided into various types of projects and services. Every project has a title and a short description.

Norwegian Accreditation (NA) has broad competence, a solid quality management, and a helpful electronic case handling system. NA can offer relevant services and general support to accreditation bodies around the world.

NEWS

Accreditation marks with "qual" and "ems" dissapears during the fall og 2008 from the norwegian accreditation system. This is due to the implementation of ISO 17021 which replaced ISO/IEC Guides 61 and 66.
