Accreditation marks with "qual" and "ems" dissapears during the fall og 2008 from the norwegian accreditation system. This is due to the implementation of ISO 17021 which replaced ISO/IEC Guides 61 and 66.

This means that accreditation of management system certification bodies (as for ISO 9001 - QUAL) and evironmental management system certification bodies (as for ISO 14001 - EMS) now will be identified by the new term "MSYS".

All EMS and QUAL proofs of accreditation was exchanged with common proofs marked with "MSYS" in september 2008.
